Steps to reproduce

In the "Remap a Shortcut" subsection, remapping Win-. (Win-period) no longer words in v. 0.64.1. It worked several versions ago, and it continued to work on my laptop updated to 0.64.1. However, today, I downloaded PowerToys to a new laptop for the first time, and I could not remap Win-. Then, on my existing laptop, to check out the issue, I deleted the remapping and tried to restore it. It no longer works on that laptop, either.

The existing laptop has Windows 10 Home, fully updated.

The new laptop has Windows 11 Home, fully updated.

✔️ Expected Behavior

(1) Win-. TO "Disable" should result in Win-. being disabled (i.e., not showing the emoji panel).

(2) Win-. TO Win-d (for example) should make Win-. behave like Win-d, i.e., show the Desktop

❌ Actual Behavior

(1) Win-. continues to show the emoji panel.

(2) Win-. continues to show the emoji panel.
