Description of the new feature / enhancement

The ability to quick search and select (insert? copy to clipboard?) an emoji from powertoys run.

Scenario when this would be used?

Quick emoji searches. Sure, you could just do WIN + ; , but integrating the already existing emoji selector would be neat.
