Description of the new feature / enhancement

The old SyncToy that allowed for the synchronization, contribution and copying of files from one source to another was good, especially considering that it could backup files without creating potential duplicates. It achieved this through its ability to detect file renames.

Scenario when this would be used?

Despite its age, I still use the old SyncToy to perform my regular weekly backups. I more modern version of the utility, with a cleaner interface and perhaps more syncrozation options would be I think a powerful hightlight of the new PowerToys suite.

A fat like! I also use SyncToy on a regular basis to back up several folders from a crappy QVO SSD to an ordinary HDD.

Just read SyncToy was discontinued last year. Would love to see it as a PowerToy. Really meets the needs of most people.
