Steps to reproduce

Have 2 monitor and 2 virtual desktop on one of them. Use FancyZones with 3 zone. Run app Yandex.Music. It open in actual size, not in maximaze size in one zone. Switch virtual desktop (win+ctrl+right) and back (win+ctrl+left).

Reproduce on 0.64.1, 0.64.0, 0,62.1, 0.62.0, 0.61.0, 0.60.0 Not reproduce if uncheck option "Move newly created windows to their last known zone"

✔️ Expected Behavior

Yandex.Music not resize.

❌ Actual Behavior

Yandex.Music resize itself maximaze in one first zone.
