Quick Accent: three Greek letters missing!

Steps to reproduce

Activate Quick Accent for "M", "O", "U", "Y".

✔️ Expected Behavior

The Quick Accent panels for these letters should contain Greek letters μ (mu), ο (omicron), υ (upsilon).

❌ Actual Behavior

These three letters are missing from the panels. All other letters are there (but sometimes in unexpected places, as "χ" under "c", "φ" and "ψ" under "p").

Letter "μ" is especially important as it is a common SI prefix.

One more comment: the Icelandic letter "þ" (thorn, [θ]) is a fully-functional letter, not a punctuation sign, so it should not be under ",", but e. g. under "t".
