Add option to automatically backup powertoys settings

Description of the new feature / enhancement

The new feature Backup & Restore is very good. But you should add an option "Automatically backup settings" so that when we turn it on, the settings get automatically backed up.

Scenario when this would be used?

When we want to backup the settings but we don't want to open Powertoys settings to back them up.
