[Hosts Editor] Improve naming and icon of "Additional lines" feature/settting

Description of the new feature / enhancement

The current naming of "Additional lines" feature is consufing. Especially because the setting is translated incorrectly (e. g. in Germany). The German translation "Zusätzliche Zeilenposition" of the setting means "additional line position" and not "position of additional lines".

I suggest the following to make the feature better understandable:

• Rename the feature to "Additional content".
• Rename the setting to "Position of additional content".
• Add the description "Placement of additional content like copyright, description and examples." to the setting.
• Change the icon in editor and settings from E8A5 (document) to E8E9 (font size). Old: New:

Scenario when this would be used?

To avoid misunderstanding like in #21657 where the user thinks he configures the position of newly added host entries.
