Reorder Quick Accent

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Users should be able to reorder the accents in the quick accent bar so that the accents they use more often are easier and faster to access.

Scenario when this would be used?

I type the "Í" character a lot and I would like to make that the first one in the list rather than the third, there are other accents like this as well, this is just an example.

I definitely support this idea! For example, I need "é", "è", "ð", but not other modifications of these letters. PS, is it possible to add ALL Greek letters? They are useful when typing formulas on whiteboards. For example, I can't find "μ", "ο" (omicron), "υ".
