Steps to reproduce

I created two multitasking desktops on my Windows 10 Desktop and enabled the "Move newly created windows to the currently active monitor (Experimental)" feature. When I switched between multitasking desktops the windows on the monitors that are not currently active switched to the monitor that was.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Windows that were already created would be on the monitor they were already on and newly created windows would open on the currently active monitor.

❌ Actual Behavior

Windows that were already created and newly created windows both open on the currently active monitor when switching between multitasking desktops.
