Can't revert `Always run as administrator`

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable Always run as administrator under General page.
  2. Restart PowerToys as administrator under General page.
  3. Disable Always run as administrator under General page.
  4. Restart PowerToys again.

✔️ Expected Behavior

  1. UAC won't ask for admin user to start PowerToys.
  2. Always run as administrator is disabled.

❌ Actual Behavior

  1. UAC asks for admin user to start PowerToys.
  2. Always run as administrator is still enabled.

Oh. Nope. None of the settings are stored properly. Interesting. Is there a way to reset settings?
