Option to Group all PowerToys Windows 11 context menu items in one menu

Description of the new feature / enhancement

As the number of items grows, it would be good if we could have the option to keep all of the PowerToys menu items together in one PowerToys menu item on the Windows 11 (and even the legacy Windows 10) right-click menu.

Then it would become easier to add new functions to be available from the main Windows 11 context menu without overloading this (from what I understand, part of the reason it was changed was to reduce such overload).

Ideally, EACH item that can have a context menu should have the following options:

• Legacy Context Menu / Extended Context Menu (Shift Right-Click) / None
• Windows 11 Context Menu (it would be nice to be able to have JUST Windows 11 Context Menu option) / Legacy Only
• Option to Group under PowerToys menu in Legacy Context Menu
• Option to Group under PowerToys menu in Windows 11 Context Menu

Scenario when this would be used?

Use for customisation - where already getting larger numbers of menu items on the context menus, especially on the Windows 11 context menu.

Also, helps future proof the tool as more tools become available, can be used to avoid context menu overload :-)
