Can't import ADMX on Intune

Steps to reproduce

  1. Extract GPO objects
  2. Try to import the ADMX and ADML on Intune

✔️ Expected Behavior

ADMX gets ingested properly

❌ Actual Behavior

Error Details ADMX file referenced not found NamespaceMissing:Microsoft.Policies.Windows. Please upload it first.

If I injest the Windows.admx that is huge, it works, is this behavior intended ?

Just checked, that doesn't seem to be used anywhere. If you remove this line from the admx: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/blob/d234536cf723714a94eb5839abbc97ca38a5c714/doc/gpo/assets/PowerToys.admx#L7 Does it work?

This is a leftover from the first implemtation of version description when we had the windows version.
