Description of the new feature / enhancement

Need the ability to search specific texts within PowerToys.

Scenario when this would be used?

The 'Search' field would employ faster results in what the program [PowerToys] offers. For instance, if I want to look up 'inking' I would enter the letters into the search field WITHIN PowerToys and a list of everything by its category (program) associated with inking would display. ,

Supporting information

Additionally, I had the need to use the command window here. I was about to write into the registry the script, but I had an ahah moment that PowerToys "might" have it. I read through the program [PowerToys] and did not see any mention of it. I used a search engine to lookup "powertoys command line here" and found a link where I have to use a combination of shift+RMB in the explorer window [unc/path] I request it to display in to have the script display within the context menu. If I did not have internet access, or a particulate machine has no internet, the information would have been inaccessible.

Furthermore, the ability to change the shortcut.
