The "Reload" and "Run as administrator" icons are displayed as strange characters in File Locksmith

Steps to reproduce

Click on any file or folder and select "What's using this file?", then a window will pop up with some strange characters, see the picture below:

When I keep mouse on these two strange characters, it gives tip "Reload" and "Restart with administrator".

My system version is Version 21H2 (OS Build 19044.2130), the built-in language is Simplified Chinese but I have installed the English language pack of windows and have set English as my system language

✔️ Expected Behavior

The button icon should be displayed correctly (I find a screenshot from the document)

❌ Actual Behavior

The button icons are displayed as strange characters
