Ability to open PowerToys Run without keyboard shortcut

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would like to be able to open PowerToys Run without having to use the shortcut. In tablet mode, this is somewhat necessary. An option would be running PowerToys.PowerLauncher.exe (probably with some argument like 'show'). Right now, that just does nothing, it would be great if it would cause the Run window to show up.

Scenario when this would be used?

Allows accessing PowerToys if no keyboard is connected for example with a shortcut. It would also enable users to create other invocation methods.

Supporting information

I was not able to find any documentation on something like this, so I assume it does not exist. If 'C:\Program Files\PowerToys\modules\launcher\PowerToys.PowerLauncher.exe' does in fact accept arguments that allow such behaviour, the documentation should be updated.
