Quick Accent while gaming or other tasks.

Description of the new feature / enhancement

There should be an option to disable quick accent in certain apps, or allow it only in a few apps, as it interferes sometimes when I don't need it

Scenario when this would be used?

I was playing a game and pressed W and space simultaneously (in some games W and arrow keys might need to be pressed too), this led to the quick accent bar to open up instead of my in-game character jumping while moving forward.

This feature in general should only be active when you write something on a Text Editor or something similar. I don't want it to ruin my gaming sessions and for now the best solution is to simply disable it when playing.

The fix for this issue has been released in 0.65. Please update PowerToys to the latest version: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/releases
