Steps to reproduce

Installed Outlook "Microsoft 365 apps for enterprise" latest version When PDF preview/thumbnail preview are enabled in power toys settings, the PDF preview in outlook does not work.

It reads "this file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer installed for it."

Upon checking attachment preview settings in outlook, I confirm attachment previews are on, and for some strange reason there are 2 PDF preview handlers on the list of handlers.

I also confirm adobe acrobat reader is installed on the machine, and is working properly in outlook if I turn off the power toys PDF preview options.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I want to be able to have PDF previews in explorer as well as in outlook

❌ Actual Behavior

I have to choose one of the above options

I have found the same behaviour in Outlook 2016. After disabling PowerToys PDF Preview, voilà the Adobe Reader previews kicked in and I can see PDF previews in Outlook again. I even have a 32bit Outlook and 64 bit Adobe Reader, and yet they work together without any trouble (I believe the x64 Adobe Reader has both 32 bit and 64 bit dlls?)
