activation shortcut not working

Steps to reproduce

press keyboard shortcut keys to activate or show powertoys run search window

✔️ Expected Behavior

search window should appear

❌ Actual Behavior

nothing happens. search window is not shown. very rarely search window shows up. additionally, I checked the 'Use Centralized keyboard hook' but that did not solve this problem.

Hello and thanks for your message. What is the hotkey to open PT Run? And is there any other software that could interfere?

Thanks for your reply. I am using Ctrl Win Space.

I changed to different keys but even they don't work. I changed it back to Ctrl Win Space and PowerToys took the keyboard combination which tells me it's not used. There is no other software interfering with it.

So, no matter what keyboard shortcuts combination is use it works only 1 out of 10 times.

after last 2 updates, color picker keyboard shortcut stopped working. even it stopped showing in startup icons. though fancy zones and search widget works verywell. new features like screengrab text also doesnot show up.

I am using win 10 64x amd ryzen 5600

I have the same issue, but the search window never shows up for me. After changing from the default hotkey and enabling 'Use Centralized keyboard hook' the problem persists. I'm using version 0.63.0 on W11 (22H2)

I need to reactivate powertoys run and exit powertoys multiple times after last update.

Same problem. The difference is that I was never able to launch PowerToys Run with any of the shortcuts I assigned. For me this module is completely unusable.

Running PowerToys as administrator. Try Use centralized keyboard hook on and off. Ignore shortcuts in fullscreen mode is off. The application in focus is not maximized to full screen and is not running as an administrator.
