Description of the new feature / enhancement

I really like the feature to open a project with VS Code, however i do not use VS Code as my primary ide.

I propose a feature where you can define a command, "Direct activation command" and "context option", like "Project folder", eg. Command: rider . Direct activation command: } context option: Project folder

If i type "} dotnet Test app", PowerToys Run will run the command cd "c:\source\dotnet Test app"; rider .

I am not a native English speaker, if you need clarification i will happily answer

Open projects in other IDEs than VS Code
