Fancy Zones setup not stable

Steps to reproduce

setup zones on multiple monitors. The zones on each monitor chance with each reboot.

✔️ Expected Behavior

For the zones I set on a monitor to stay the same after every reboot.

❌ Actual Behavior

Zones change randomly.
