Description of the new feature / enhancement

Move newly created windows to a particular zone. For example, whenever a new window is opened, it is automatically put in zone number 1 or 2 or whatever the user specifies.

Scenario when this would be used?

It would be good for users with big monitors. For example, when I want to open a window from the start menu I have to look at the far left of the screen. Then, the window opens at the far right of the screen. It would be useful to have it open in a specific zone.
