Update the dependencies on .vsconfig.

Scenario when this would be used?

Dependencies have changed quite a bit over the time, meaning the .vsconfig file that Visual Studio uses to install missing dependencies on a new dev box is outdated.

The fix for this issue has been released in 0.65. Please update PowerToys to the latest version: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/releases
