Can't Turn off Find My Mouse

Microsoft PowerToys version

0.60.1

Area(s) with issue?

Mouse Utilities

Steps to reproduce

Tapping Ctrl twice for Find My Mouse highlighting cannot be disabled. I tried toggling the on/off switch in Mouse Utilities and changing to just mouse shake. No matter what is selected pressing Ctrl twice highlights the mouse.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Disabling Find my mouse should disable find my mouse.

Adding double tap functionality to a button that gets double tapped often is a poor design in general and should be moved to another key or additional presses add to highlight mouse.

❌ Actual Behavior

Find my mouse is not turn off with on/off toggle and cannot be activated only by mouse shake

Setting this double tap to Ctrl is a poor choice considering users who user Copy (Ctrl + C) and Paste (Ctrl + V) often. Everytime I go to copy and paste in quick succession my mouse gets highlighted. Consider moving this away from Ctrl key to something else as well in addition to fixing bug above where you can't disable it.

I noticed another new version of Power Tyos. After uninstalling and re-installing with the latest version I am no longer experiencing this issue. Disabling the Find my Mouse and Highlight my mouse turn off these features as expected.

Also having this problem with v0.64.1

Windows 10 Pro 21H2 19044.2251

Even uninstalling PT doesn't remove this behavior. Possibly related, but it's next-to-impossible to copy with Ctrl-C after installing PowerToys.
