Description of the new feature / enhancement

This feature would generate a QR Code based on the information provided inside Power Toys Run. Either a Text QR or a URL QR.

The tags that could be used for Power Toys Run: qrt: qru:

Scenario when this would be used?

This would be great when you need to quickly transmit data from your PC to a phone near by, such as a URL or a Text that sending it from other services would take too long.

Scanning has been included into the Camera app on Windows, however, I am more interested in creating QR codes.

it is good idea when you select a text with pressing a shortcut a QRCode dialog appear to screen

Would be nice to see this feature in PowerToys too. I dont trust other tootls especially not if they just have like 2 reviews like the above example. I am using this addon right now in Firefox:
