Description of the new feature / enhancement

I often use the colorpicker to zoom into specific parts I want to highlight during a screencast. While this "kind of works", it picks the color and the zoom is not live. Though I wondered if it would be possible to add some live magnifier around the mouse - like the "Find my mouse tool", just allowing to zoom into a spot near the mouse.

I'm aware of the fullscreen zoom built into windows, but that is way to much hasel to handel, esp. during a screencast.

Scenario when this would be used?

Screencasts, Videos. Highlight a specific spot of your screen, but not needing to zoom everything.

What do you mean by this? You can activate and de-activate it with a hotkey.
