Steps to reproduce

Enable sticky keys and drag a window to a zone using shift+drag

✔️ Expected Behavior

Window should snap to the zone.

❌ Actual Behavior

Window does not snap to the zone.

Same issue here. It's similar to the old resolved issue #5784, but the FancyZones are visible this time when pressing Shift, it's just that windows refuse to snap to them.
