FancyZones doesn't maintain windows position on graphics driver reset

Steps to reproduce

Position some windows and then reset graphics driver with Win + Ctrl + Shift + B.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Positioned windows remain where they were.

❌ Actual Behavior

Positioned windows shift slightly.

Hi friends! This bug is relatively old. In an effort to clear out any stale bugs, could you please let us know if this bug is still showing up on any of the latest builds, 0.74 or up!

Just tried it on 0.74.1 and the bug is still present.
