Enable Multipane file explorer as dolphin and finder

Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would be nice to extend file explorer to have a built-in multipane explorer with drag and drop and command options to move/copy files between panes without having to install third party tools

Scenario when this would be used?

When reordering files or managing different disk/cloud locations and transferring easily

Supporting information

There are several forum posts asking how to achieve such functionality in Win explorer. Also, several paid third party apps are available, which indicates that there is demand for it.

Thanks for the feedback. File Explorer now has tabs -- are there missing features from the new tab functionality that you'd like to see ?
