Yes, we've had loads of issues with the toolbar and we've been discussing it in many of them. We could re-do the toolbar in XAML, or place it in a (future) pop-up window like #6751, or something else. @niels9001 do we have one tracking issue for the toolbar?

Thanks for the feedback but VCM is moving to maintenance only in the 0.67 timeframe. Our team will only directly address critical bugs, security and accessibility issues.

We'll accept community PRs for enhancements.
