Always On Top keeps windows on top even if switched off again

Area(s) with issue?

Always on Top

Steps to reproduce

Enable AOT, add some windows on top. Disable AOT, go back to work

✔️ Expected Behavior

Ex-on-top windows behave like all other open windows and disappear behind currently active window

❌ Actual Behavior

ex on-top windows keep staying in front of current active window, have to move it to other screen. I have to apply a work-around: I then have to re-enable AOT, find all windows that are been set to be on top and then I have to switch it off for each, and then disable AOT again.

I can reproduce this. It's just the border that disappears.

Confirming that this behavior still occurs in version 0.76.2.
