Can we add a "Paste to Keyboard" feature to Keyboard Manager?

Description of the new feature / enhancement

It's a good thing you guys didn't just call it Keyboard Key remapper or something narrow so it should fit nicely into the category and the feature I'm asking for is super simple. There are occasions where an app or website doesn't have a context menu, or they have disabled it for various reasons, and this by extension removes the all mighty "paste" feature. By adding a "Paste to Keyboard" we can have the keyboard simply type out the most recent content from the clipboard as if someone were typing it out themselves. I currently use Autohotkey (Ctrl+Shift+V) to do this, but I would love to see it in PowerToys. One less 3rd party app for a simple function.

Scenario when this would be used?

It's super useful in not having to retype something over and over again when the typical paste or (Ctrl+v) feature isn't available. OR even better, it could be used to allow for randomizing passwords for local applications, much like the web and password managers.

Honestly, the Keyboard Manager is supposed to focus on the physical aspect of a keyboard. That's why (many) requests for the possibility to type any character (like using alt-codes) is often not labeled under Keyboard Manager.

Aside from that, I'm not familiar with the situation of not being able to even simply paste text. Got an example?

Well, off the top of my head I remember that I've always had issues trying to copy paste into vmware virtual machines for example. I use Autohotkey on my desktop computer to allow me to crtl+shift+v and autohotkey will type out the contents of my clipboard as if I had typed it out myself. Also I know that there's lots and lots of desktop applications that prevent the use of ctrl+v and context menus at login prompts and even web pages attempt to disable the options as well. If you just Google "how to disable copy/paste" you'll see some rather lare number of results with examples of people trying to disable the feature. It's super common for apps to go overboard with that restriction. I'm trying for the life of me to remember the last app i was using specifically that i needed it for but it escapes me right this moment.

I was about to suggest adding this to the Paste As Plaintext Powertoy, what are the opinions of adding a second option to it e.g. Win+Ctrl+Shift+V to paste as Keyboard Inputs?

I think that now, this would belong in the Advanced Paste menu
