If not - on what does it depend? And is there a language file of the software, which I can translate for myself individually?

we have an internal system we have to use. The reason why is one big issue is if we take on a new language, we make sure moving forward everything is continued to be translated. If we onboarded a new utility, every language we support SHOULD have the translation for it.

Thanks for the response. I want to say that it is clear from what you are saying that you are looking for ways to streamline use for all users. You act professionally and thoroughly, well done. As a matter of fact, I think that even a partial translation will be gratefully accepted by Hebrew speakers. Besides, whenever the need for translation arises, there is a wide Israeli user community and I am sure there will be someone who will do it quickly, efficiently and professionally.
