Made minor changes in the readme file

This PR addresses two minor improvements in the README.md file:

Terminology Consistency:

  1. Updated the reference to the API definition to use the more common term "OpenAPI" instead of "Open API." Link Correction:

  2. Corrected the Microsoft general trademark guidelines link from 'http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=254653' to 'https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=254653' for better accessibility.
