Update SubnetInjection script to add Set-AzContext

The code in this PR:

  • updates CreateSubnetInjectionEnterprisePolicy and UpdateSubnetInjectionEnterprisePolicy to add Set-AzContext to specifically set the subscription to subscriptionId provided as input. This will make sure that correct subscription is set when there are many subscription associated with the user
