Support for Direct Power Fx Dataverse action invocation using pac pfx

Would love to be able to make Environment.Action() calls from pac pfx. I previously used linqpad heavily for interacting with Dataverse. https://www.linqpad.net/ + https://github.com/rajyraman/Dataverse-LINQPad-Driver

But I find myself needing linqpad far less now that pac pfx exists. If you implement support for Direct Power Fx Dataverse action invocation, I'll have less need to context switch between tools.

Yes, we definitely want this. We're close to having this functionality in Dv.Eval .
