REPL issues

Move to REPL namespace?

  1. Can Notify() return void instead of Boolean?
  2. Help() message
  3. Code coverage, particularly for StandardFormatter. Should this be a ITypeVisitor and StringBuilder?
  4. Obsoletes in RecordValue.
  5. Should we print a logo?
  6. Do we need WritePromptAsync? Or can that be host-side?
