The error just means that the Pylance tried to unregister file watchers but failed. This message shouldn't break any Pylance functionality as far as I am aware, so I am marking it as a P3 bug for now. Have you noticed any issues with file watching, such as changes not being picked up or diagnostics not updating as expected?
