No clear option to set justMyCode = false in a python project with Visual Studio 2022 Profesional

[severity:I'm unable to use this version] When I try to debug inside a library I get this message: Frame skipped from debugging during step-in. Note: may have been skipped because of "justMyCode" option (default == true). Try setting "justMyCode": false in the debug configuration (e.g., launch.json).
