disable parameter hints similar to how visual studio code works

as simple as i can make it. I just want the ability in a python project to disable parameter hints similar to how it works in visual studio code. the hints block a good sized chunk of the screen even when doing something as simple as print()

it is this massive wall of text that I want to disable it no matter what I try I can't seem to get rid of it.
