python rename variable and Go to definition doesn't work at 17.9

[severity:It bothers me. A fix would be nice] [regression] [worked-in:17.7.5] The reason why I rollback from 17.9 to 17.7.5 is When I installed 17.9 to utilize the copilot chat, rename and go to definition of python doesn't work. So I tried to rollback if 17.9 is the cause and it turned out true.

Hi there, thanks for your issue. I just tests on VS 17.9.0 and both features work. Which specific version are you seeing the issues? Also, can you provide sample code and repro steps for us to further investigate? Thank you!
