Can't have Intellisense for Python

[severity:It bothers me. A fix would be nice] I can't find intellisense for Python in the settings. I've done a repair of vs 2022 but nothing change. I obviously have the python package. Link: https://docs.microsoft.com/fr-fr/visualstudio/python/editing-python-code-in-visual-studio?view=vs-2022

We don't have a configuration page for Intellisense for Python. What behavior are you trying to change in Intellisense?
