how to test VQA?

Thanks for your great work! I want to ask how to test VQA2? Do you upload to the Eval.al website to test or test with your own code ? Can you offer me the scrip to test ?thanks a lot!! Looking forward to your reply!

I cannot find the test-dev fastrcnn image features from datasets downloading from the DOWNLOAD.md ,Could you offer it to me?It helps a lot to me !Thanks again!
