How to generate the trainval_ans2label.pkl file?

Hi, Could I ask where to download the trainval_ans2label.pkl file? Also, I would like to try Oscar + VizWiz on the VizWiz dataset, how could I process the original annotation (.json) file to the .pkl file? Thank you a lot in advance!

I just downloaded the tranval_ans2label.pkl file from

path/to/azcopy copy 'https://biglmdiag.blob.core.windows.net/vinvl/datasets/TASK_NAME' --recursive

following https://github.com/microsoft/Oscar/blob/master/VinVL_DOWNLOAD.md

But still need help to generate these annotations for the VizWiz dataset.
