Oryx build fails for specific version of .net SDKs

In devcontainers we are using Oryx solution.

dotnet build Oryx.sln -c "Debug"

Oryx build fails if .net version installed is 8.0.110

It is working fine with other versions of .net (8.0.101, 8.0.202, 8.0.404) for example.
