pop up an informational message when the "auto-label" feature is used for the first time in this browser.

FoTT could pop-up an ignorable message when people start using this feature. Something like: Please be aware: this feature will use Form Recognizer Analyze API for documents with cost to your Azure account.

Hi,

When auto labeling the UX uses analyze to get the auto labeling, is this correct ? If yes, this has a cost on the customer that I need to highlight in our docs.
