Support for selecting multiple options

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I attempted to select both Azure Web Apps and Azure functions. To support a project that will have both connected to the same storage queue.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to select multiple of the options. I understand there are some tier selection questions that would need to be solved as the tiers are different.

Describe alternatives you've considered The current alternative is to create both and wedge them together in a new bicep template.

Thanks @kjaymiller, It's something we have in mind for some time already. We're preparing a v2 and this issue is a great reminder we need this option :)
