Missing component: Poster Calibration Sample

I am trying Poster Calibration and it is confusing. What I understood from your description is that:

• Align Poster starts the research and matching of the poster
• if match found, then the hologprahic poster will be positioned over the real poster , When I run the app, I only get the Overlay window and the feedback from the cam while the poster is not actually moving. Move and resize are working though. I also noticed that Poster object from the single zone alignment is missing a components script. What was it? Can it be the problem why the poster is not aligning to the poster?
