[Bug - Partner Center] No review report available after failed certification of extension
After submitting extension files for review we got error in Partner Center > Extension overview page:
The certification for your extension has failed. See review report for details.
How / where can we see abovementioned "review report" with details of why the review failed? Where is it available? There is no button and no link to access review report. No futher instructions or details were given except that single, general text.
There is no report included anywhere.

Alternatively, if you want to check the review report details: Once your extension undergoes certification, the respective team will send an email indicating whether your extension passed certification. If it did not, the email will include the relevant policy number for reference

The issue is not resolved as button or any kind of link is not shown on Partner Center > Extension overview page:

After a deeper investigation by our engineering team, it was identified that there was a transient bug in the submission flow on our side, which caused your submission to be canceled. Due to this bug, the submission was incorrectly marked as a certification failure, but no report was generated. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
The team is actively working on fixing this issue.
On a positive note, I can confirm that your last two submissions (on 31st October and 11th November) were successful.
