[FeatureReq - Partner Center] Ability to block extension from being installed on mobile

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Edge on Android is getting extension support. However, my extension's primary purpose is to clone a Git repository in VS Code with one click of a button. Since there is no VS Code on mobile, I don't want the extension to be installed on mobile.

Describe the solution you'd like An option in the partner centre to set platform availability so I can prevent the extension to be installed on mobile
