[Bug - Partner Center] No email is sent when the review is complete.

Describe the bug

I submitted an extension "Todoist Counter" on August 8 and it passed the review and was published. https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/todoist-counter/noollgeiohcoffnlcleecjmgekmjhghd However, it appears that no notification email was sent to me when the review was completed.

To Reproduce

  1. Submit an extension

Expected behavior

  1. I will receive an email when the review is complete.

My email notifications appear to be enabled. Why wasn't an email sent when my extension "Todoist Counter" 's review was completed?

I have the same problem.

The review notification emails have stopped working for several months, and the last email I received was dated 2024-02-02.

Same for me, and looking at the emails, last time I've received "Your ms-edge-addon Group Speed Dial has passed certification" email was 8.8.2023, so it's been broken for about a year now.

Same issue for us, all the notification settings are enabled but no review result emails. The last email I received is from mid-January 2024 if that helps.

Same issue of course, as this is broken for everyone I assume. It seems like Microsoft is not committed to supporting their extension store, but sadly with Kiwi Browser leaving the market and Edge becoming the main viable option for running extensions on Android I'm back to trying to make the Edge Store a first class support option for my customers. However the state of the Edge extension store is abysmal.

@ManikanthMSFT I dare you to give a real response about what Microsoft devs are doing about issues like this. Empty wording like "monitoring the situation" and "rest assured" are an embarrassment.
